I am going to be a new resident and I am concerened about these non-existant rules and regulations. Is there a written copy of these so-called rules? and if so how can I get a copy. After reading some of the messages on the message board, I cannot believe that these things are even issues. For instance, a home owner cannot remove a few trees in the back yard to put in an inground pool? What about a privacy fence? A home owner cannot change the front door to improve the appearence of the home? You've got to be kidding? I suppose painting the exterior a different color is forbidden too right? We pay dues to this association, so why doesn't each resident have a fully updated copy?(especially for new residents) Apparently there is a newsletter. Secondly, who is in charge of this association and how can I contact them?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.....
