Thankyou for those of you who responded. But what does it matter what part of LF I move to? Is there different rules for different sections? Secondly, How do I contact this Homeowners association so that I can get these approvals? Apparently noboby seems to know for sure what the rules and regs are and ther is not a copy to be found either so basically you just go-ahead and do the work to your home and take your chances with the neighbors telling on you. What happens if you receive a letter from the assoc. do they kick you out of LF? Do they fine you? Do they require you to move? Apparently they do NOTHING according to the message board. So what is the point of the dues then? When the bill comes , Is there a breakdown of what the dues are spent on? What does the assoc. actually do for us?
All I'm trying to do is find out what I can and cannot do and do it with the approvals I need so that I do not have the headaches and B.S. from the neighbors (ie. just read the message board) so that I am not A PRISONER in my own home
