There is 3 different Assoc that I know of for Luther Forest. There is Fox Wander East, Fox Wander West and Ermine Lair. We were given a 3 page photocopied handout of the fule for our move into here 5 years ago. Legend has it that the original people were subjected to a book of rules that was really really long. In either case call your realtor, they should know or the prior home owner
Please realize this message board has the same people time after time. I have never seen any action taken to violators but that is probably because our neighbors are all reasonable and we look out for each other and solve our differences constructively as well as amicably. Wineberry Lane is a pretty good looking street and it works for us. Good luck
