You should have been given a copy of the original covenant and rules and regs before your closing. It is given to your lawyer when the title search is done. Someone fell down on the job. Wineberry is Fox Wander West and from what I read, it sounds like a whole new Board will be governing the neighborhood for a while and I think that is just great. Some really good ideas have been forthcoming on this site.
