I think the most outlandish rules need to be challenged in a court of law. i.e. wooden fence approval, in-ground pool approval
If a wooden fence is installed (within the guidelines), I am hard pressed to believe that a resident can be ordered to remove it because prior approval wasn't obtained by the board.
