I have a property available that is a brand new (just built duplex)I haven't discussed with the owners if they will allow the pet, but I think they may. More important is references and credit report. They aren't worried about a few late payments here and there, but they don't want to see a pattern of un-responsible credit, because they feel that if someone is not responsible with handling there financial life, they won't be responsible with the care of their brand new property. Its 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths, located about 1 mile south of Luther Forest. They are asking $1150 per month with at least a 1 year lease.
