That's a good deal from Suburban Propane, not to be confused with Suburban Heating in Burnt Hills.
As a single person home, your total gas and electric should be more like $75.00 per month, assuming that you're at work during the day and will remember to turn the heat down to about 60-65 when not at home, and leave most lights off. The $90-$100 per month is about the average usage for a 2 person home. I've owned 4 model C's over the past 16 years and I've always asked my tenants about their heat and electric and have a fairly good basis for my estimates. As far as the Gas stove, thats also a good option, as long as its physically attractive and enhances the property.
