Malta frustrated by postal response
Malta-- Town to appeal ruling on documents needed to bolster service change request

The town's quest to have mail delivery to the town's southeast neighborhoods originate at the Malta substation in Parade Ground Village off Route 9 instead of from the Mechanicville Post Office has taken on a quixotic flavor.
Supervisor David R. Meager has received a 56-page reply to his freedom of information request from the U.S. Postal Service.
